Roofing software from the inspection to the final payment
A leak investigation today, an emergency tarp after the storm, a full re-roof that takes a crew two days, eavestroughs in the fall. crewduo turns inspections into photo reports and quotes, schedules the crew and collects the deposit and the balance.

Each service carries its price, how long it takes and the materials it uses, so quotes, bookings and invoices fill themselves in. Your prices and your names - these are examples.
Ready for the season
Re-roofing runs from spring to late fall, storms bring leak and tarp calls, and eavestroughs fill October and November.
The off-season
Re-roofing stops when the snow comes. If you close for the winter rather than taking leak and tarp calls, put crewduo on a seasonal hold instead of cancelling: a small flat monthly fee keeps every inspection photo report, quote and client on record, and clients can still pay the balance they owe. Your plan comes back on the day you pick in spring. Nothing can be booked during a hold, so stay on your plan if you answer winter leaks. How a seasonal hold works

Roofing questions
Can roofers send inspection photos with the quote?
Yes. Photos taken on the phone are attached to the visit and the inspection report form, and the quote is sent for the client to accept and sign online.
Can we take a deposit on a re-roof?
Yes. From the Van plan, a deposit can be requested on acceptance and the balance split into a payment schedule paid online or by Interac e-Transfer.
Does crewduo handle multi-day roofing jobs?
Yes. A job can span several days and people, and appears on each crew member's schedule.
